Our journey began in 2006, when Aurivan and Eduardo, after more than 10 years of living and breathing technology, decided to bring a big dream to life: creating their own company. Thus, UPPER was born, with a clear purpose: developing solutions and building solid partnerships, always focused on the real needs of customers. Today, we are more than 70 collaborators and have 20 partner companies. And this story is just beginning! We believe that human capital is our greatest asset, and we encourage the training and growth of our employees, offering them the means to evolve and seize their opportunities within the company.
